EdR REIM initiated and managed a renovation project in Amsterdam

At a unique location in the heart of the city of Amsterdam, Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management initiated and managed a challenging renovation project of an historical building which was built in 1765.

The teams’ ambition was to upgrade the office and make it sustainable and to future-proof it. Energy label A was obtained and the health and wellbeing for the tenant has improved.
