Cording bolsters UK residential team with senior hire
Cording Real Estate Group, the Northern European real estate investment and asset management firm, has expanded its private rented sector (PRS) team with a new appointment to cover this rapidly growing segment of the business.
John Molloy has joined the London office as a Senior Project Manager, Construction where his responsibilities will include project management of the £40 million Saffron Court PRS development in Nottingham.
He joins from CRL, where he was a Risk Management/Warranty Surveyor responsible for carrying out inspections on a diverse range of sites including large multi-unit residential and office block conversions.
Before joining CRL, John was a Project Manager at Kerin Contract Management in Ireland. Prior to this, John worked at the Network Housing Group where he managed teams of consultants responsible for financial modelling, site acquisition, contract management, delivery and handover of projects including new build housing as well as regeneration and refurbishment projects across London and Hertfordshire.
John is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE).
