Cording strengthens UK residential team with senior hire
Cording Real Estate Group, a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate investment management platform, has strengthened its UK residential team with the appointment of Zoe Innes as head of residential lettings, UK.
Working alongside the residential team, Zoe will manage Cording’s in-house lettings team, which will be responsible for letting units in Cording’s two existing private rental sector (PRS) funds, Cording UK Residential Investment Fund and PRS Club 1. Cording is currently developing four PRS schemes in Nottingham, Leicester and Warrington, comprising more than 1200 units
Zoe has more than 20 years’ experience in UK residential lettings with a focus on leading lettings teams in a target-driven, traditional estate agency environment. She has managed multiple teams of lettings staff, advised on refurbishment programmes to optimise rental values and minimise void periods, created and facilitated marketing strategies to meet targets within budget
Prior to joining Cording, she was head of lettings and a director of Cluttons, where she built, led and guided the residential lettings teams for more than six years, generating significant profits as well as increasing the firm’s share of lettings in a very competitive market. Clients included private investors, institutions and a number of the large central London estates.
Before joining Cluttons, Zoe was a lettings manager at Strutt & Parker and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. She is a fellow of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), a voluntary body which promotes best practice across the letting industry.
Tim Holden, director of residential asset management at Cording, said: “Zoe brings with her a great depth of experience and expertise in the lettings market. She joins a fully-integrated team that is building strength and depth in lettings and, as such, I believe she will be an outstanding leader for our UK lettings’ team”.
