Edmond de Rothschild REIM strengthens UK team with hire of Stephen Wilson as Head of Residential Property Management
Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) has appointed Stephen Wilson to lead the residential property management function for its UK business.
As Head of Residential Property Management at Edmond de Rothschild REIM (UK), Stephen will join the firm’s UK management committee, headed by Chairman, John Partridge. He will support Edmond de Rothschild REIM’s affordable housing and build-to-rent investment strategies.
Stephen has good experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams in multiple locations in both the private rented sector and affordable housing. He was previously operations director at AddLiving, the property management arm of Addington Capital, managing a team of 10 across multiple London and regional locations. Prior to that, he was head of London property management at Touchstone, managing a team of 15 across multiple locations and, before that, property and lettings manager for One Housing, the housing association.
He graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Social Policy with Government and is an associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management, a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
